We are delighted to offer the Connecting Minds in Social Neuroendocrinology and Evolution preconference again at HBES 2018 in Amsterdam! This event will run from 9am-12pm on Wednesday July 4th, with coffee and pastries available from 8:45am.

This pre-conference meeting is an opportunity to connect new and established researchers who are investigating the social influences and effects of both endogenous and exogenous hormones in the context of human evolution.

The pre-conference event will take place on the morning of July 4th, before HBES begins. This event will include short DataBlitz presentations from young researchers in the field with a focus on preliminary data, plenary talks from established researchers in the field, and a networking lunch open to all attendees. It is free to attend, but please register for the preconference with your main HBES registration to ensure that the event is properly catered.

We are pleased to announce two plenary speakers presenting at this event:

Dr. Marco Del Giudice, from the Department of Psychology at the University of New Mexico.

Dr. Peter Bos, from the Department of Social and Behavioural Sciences at Utrecht University.

Please contact Amanda Hahn or Jaime Palmer-Hague with any questions regarding this event or for late registration.
