The Women of HBES are holding their “second annual” meeting on Thursday, June 30th, from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm at 1755 Davie Street Vancouver.

It will be a great opportunity to network with other women academics and discuss our common interests and challenges over drinks and light hors d’oeurves. The nibbles are included, but you need to cover your drink bill.

Putting on an event in a metropolitan area requires that we ask for donations. We are suggesting a $10 donation for non-students and $5 for students (you can bring your donation to the event). If anyone wants to sponsor the event, or knows of someone who might, please let us know. We will waive the donation request if we can.
