General session talks:

Each talk should be 15 minutes in length with 5 minutes left for questions. There will be a laptop set up in each room so we ask that you bring your talk on a usb drive so it can be loaded onto the laptop before each session to minimize time between each talk. We are not yet sure whether the laptop will be a Mac or a PC so if your talk was designed on a Mac please save it in a form (maybe PDF) that could easily display on either platform. Technicians will be available if assistance is needed.

A red light indicator will help you manage your time along with cues from the chair of each session.

Posters

The poster session will be held on Thursday June 30th from 7:30-10:30pm. You will be able to put up your posters starting 8:30am the morning of June 30th and they should be removed by 6pm Friday July 1, 2016.

Posters should be no more than 4 feet wide and ideally 4 feet tall as there will be two posters on each side of the poster boards.

Each poster will be assigned a locator number in the on-line program.
