Tenure track assistant professor in the area of biological/physiological psychology

THE PSYCHOLOGY DEPARTMENT AT CLARKSON UNIVERSITY invites applications for a tenure track assistant professor in the area of biological/physiological psychology and/or cognitive neuroscience. The position starts August 1, 2019. Responsibilities include teaching two courses per semester and developing a nationally recognized research program. The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to excellence in both research and undergraduate teaching and will integrate the two by involving undergraduates in their research program. The teaching load will include an introductory psychology course and advanced courses related to their area of expertise (e.g., Perception, Cognitive Neuroscience, Physiological Psychology). Clarkson, New York State’s highest ranked small research institution, is located in a rural setting just outside the Adirondack Park and has year-round outdoor recreational opportunities.
